Ingredients:
2 cups precooked chicken
1 c mayo
1 rib celery- finely chopped
1/2 apple - finely chopped
1 tsp parsely
1 tsp dill
1 -2 tsp chives
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup slivered/sliced almonds
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Serve on sandwiches, crackers, rice cakes, on a salad, etc.
